Learn a routine that brings back nostelgia of dancing to your favorite music video, all while dancing with a chair and the pole!
In each class dance to all your favorite throwback songs that range from pop songs to the early 2000s!
Tap into your feel good, care-free side and leave feeling empowered, inspired, and confident all while having fun & strutting your stuff!
Routines will be taught bi-weekly. Knee-pads, and socks required.
Some pole experience recommended (at least 4-6 intro to pole dance classes).
What to Wear: Anything that makes you feel comfortable creating movement in. Leggings, sports bra,
What to Bring: Socks. Knee Pads. Yoga Mat. Water Bottle.
