Nope! Classes are designed for absolute beginners that have never tried pole dancing before! You can definitely still get things out of the class if you are an experienced pole dancer, but you may get bored when learning the foundation skills.

If you prefer to stretch with a mat, please bring one along with you! We have water available at the studio, but you're welcome to bring your own water bottle if you'd like.

This one is important- on the first class, wear what makes you comfortable. Like. Truly comfortable. For some, that may be sweatpants and a hoodie. For others, it might be booty shorts and a crop top. Wear what makes you happy! In subsequent classes, you'll be told the class before if there's anything special needed for the next class (pants or leg warmers, shorts, knee pads, etc.). Clothing specifications are based on what we'll be learning in class that day and if your skin needs to stick to the pole or not.

Yes, absolutely. During the class we will work on conditioning moves to help you gain the strength to do harder moves later on.
-
Absolutely not. Pole dancing is for every body, size and gender.

No weight limit. There is however a height limit of 8 feet (unless you don’t mind hitting your head on the ceiling!)
