Routines are taught BI-Weekly
What to Wear: Anything that makes you feel comfortable. Tank top, sports bra, T-shirt, pole shorts, leggings, etc.
What to Bring: Yoga Mat. Pleasers or Socks. Knee Pads. Water Bottle.
