Slink, slide and improve your heel technique with beginner sexy floor movements progressing towards bonus intermediate floor work skills. Variations given throughout the class!
What to Bring: Knee Pads, Yoga Mat, water bottle, Foot coverage.

What to Wear: Leggings, Knee Pads, Leg Warmers, etc.
