In this 75 minute 4 week masterclass series students will be taught a variety of exercises, split transitions, and floor flip tricks in order to execute heel kips in all their glory!
Each week will build upon the prior so that everyone can practice how to safely use their heels to kip through controlled movements and dynamic technique!
On the 4th week students will be able to connect the endless combos between the ratio of heel kips & floor tricks while being able to nail angles and wow your audience!
Each Week requires:
*Kneepads & Close-toed Boot Pleasers*
What to Wear: Leggings, Kneepads, Pleasers, Sports Bra, Tank Top, Baggy T-Shirt.
What to Bring: Knee Pads. Water Bottle. Yoga Mat. Close toed Boot Pleasers.
