In this Pole Dancing choreography class utilize the chair and floor to create a dynamic and sensual routine.
Routines will be taught bi-weekly.
Knee-pads, and socks required.
Some pole experience recommended (at least 4-6 intro to pole dance classes).
What to Wear: Anything that makes you feel comfortable creating movement in. Leggings, sports bra,
