PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE |

  • Introduction to pole

The goal of this series is to get you confident with pole terminology and basic pole moves so you’ll be able to take additional classes like choreography or more advanced level classes at any studio in Austin.

These classes are in a setting that’s more intimate with less people so hopefully you feel more comfortable exploring different things and empowered in your body by using it in a way you might not have used it before.

    Course Details

    • (4) 60 minute classes

    • No equipment or skills needed!

    • Wear what you feel confident you can move in

    • Limited to 3 people per series

    • Price: $130

  • Expand on the pole skills and tricks you learned in the intro series!

In this class, we will continue working on good technique for the basic foundation skills as well as adding on ways to progress. It is a combination of conditioning, learning individual skills, and learning to tie different combinations of moves together helping you develop your personal pole style.

In Advanced Beginner, we will spend more time developing aerial tricks, inverting, and climbing while reviewing the static spins learned in the intro series.

  • Conditioning for your body & mind

"Pole dancing is HARD!"- Said literally everyone after they tried it for the first time. And they're right! Pole dancing is a full body workout! In Pole Fitness, we use the pole as an apparatus to help us physically challenge our bodies. Yes, we'll get a great workout in, but more than that, this class is about building strength, gaining body awareness, maintaining balance, and working on the muscle activations needed for more difficult pole skills.

  • Choreography on the pole!

Each class will be a choreographed dance on a static pole. There is something powerful about dancing in unison. Enjoy the duality of letting your inner child play, dance, and move while also embracing the powerful, bad ass, sexy individual you've grown to become.

If you're worried that you won't be able to keep up or that you've never done choreography before- fear not! The steps and moves are merely suggestions- enjoy the low pressure, no judgement space to move how it feels best in your body- it might look different on all of us.
