"Pole dancing is HARD!"- Literally everyone after they try it for the first time. And they're right! Pole dancing is a full body workout! In Pole Fitness, we use the pole as an apparatus to help us physically challenge our bodies. Yes, we'll get a great workout in, but more than that, this class is about building strength, gaining body awareness, maintaining balance, and working on the muscle activations needed for more difficult pole skills.

Must take Beginner Series as a
prerequisite or have prior pole experience.Price: $35 per class
