Intro to Low Flow

In this all levels class learn a step by step choreagraphed routine!

Students will learn how to spin, glide, slink, clack and feel confident in our pleasers.

We suggest beginning in 7" pleasers; a boot or anything with ankle support. 

Take at least 6-8 classes before beginning Low Flow 1/2+. 

What to Wear: Pleasers & Knee Coverage (required). Anything clothing that makes you feel comfortable to dance in; Sports bra, tank top, baggy T-shirt, shorts, leggings, capris, etc

What to bring: Pleasers. Knee pads. Yoga mat. Water bottle.
